Brenda approaches each client with a holistic, mind-body-spirit perspective and accommodates to the individual needs of
each client by providing a wide range of modalities. Brenda's fascination with the body and how the body responds to mental & spiritual well-being is what has formed her path for massage and healing. She has extensive knowledge as a nurse in different fields, including plastic and reconstructive surgery. She always seeks to blend what she has learned to tailor fit a healing program for every client. Brenda specializes in deep tissue massage and post operative lymphatic drainage.

Lea comes from a diverse background in Nursing from Pediatrics to Geriatrics, Women’s Health and Preventive Medicine. She draws her style of bodywork from these elements creating a blend of modalities with focus specific body work. She incorporates an intuitive blend of trigger point, myofascial release, and some table stretching. Lea is dedicated and strives toward creating a space for clients to embody inward focus while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. She loves helping people reach harmony within themselves.Â

My name is Alby and I'm delighted to have you join me on an adventure. With every best laid plan to a destination, we often find obstacles and roadblocks along the way. I have met amazing people who have taught me about balance, patience, and compassion. Finding alignment through energy work has been the key to unlocking more spiritual gifts, which has provided a clear picture of about my true-life purpose. Hi! I’m Joanna Navarro BSN, RN with over 7 years of experience! My nursing career started with med/surg/Telemetry and then advanced to ICU. I’ve loved all that my career has allowed me to do and explore. I’ve cared for patients in hospitals settings, in home hospice, and outpatient surgery centers.
Over the last 4 years I’ve had the privilege of working along side several board certified plastic surgeons and oculoplastic surgeons! I’ve learned so much from them all and have continued to grow my knowledge and skills with self education trainings, and certifications!
It’s been a blessing having a career where I can blend my interests with helping others and providing them with the best service and care possible. I’m looking forward to seeing you soon!

She has a bachelor's degree in health sciences, a master's degree in public health administration, and a graduate from the Austin Massage Academy in Austin, TX. She is a passionate healer and enjoys helping her clients enhance the balance in their mind and body.
