Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be done at least 24 hours prior to appointment time. We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A deposit is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” , deposit will be forfeited. If a massage credit was used to book the appointment, the credit will be forfeited. There are no refunds on deposits or session credits.
