Service Description
6-Hour Private Post-Operative Nursing Care — $795 Receive personalized, one-on-one nursing support from the moment you arrive home after surgery. Our 6-hour recovery service provides attentive care throughout the critical first hours of recovery, helping you feel safe, comfortable, and supported as you transition home. Your private post-operative care may include: * Transportation home from the surgical facility, If needed. * Vital-sign and general recovery monitoring * Medication reminders and documentation according to discharge instructions * Drain measurement and recording * Incision and dressing observation * Compression-garment assistance * Help with toileting, walking, repositioning, and getting in and out of bed * Hydration, light meal preparation, and comfort assistance * Communication with your surgeon’s office if concerns arise * Recovery notes for the patient, family member, or next caregiver A 50% nonrefundable reservation retainer is required to secure your surgery date. The remaining balance is due before the scheduled service. Additional care is available at $125 per hour, subject to nurse availability. Holiday or last-minute bookings: An additional $200 fee applies. A booking is considered last-minute when requested with less than 48 hours’ notice. Travel: Standard travel includes locations within 40 miles of Breath of Life Massage. Travel beyond the 40-mile service area may be available for an additional fee. Surgical delays, extended travel, or services outside the scheduled time may result in additional charges. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy A 50% non refundable reservation retainer is required to secure your private post-operative nursing care date and time. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations * Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled service may receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the nonrefundable reservation retainer. * Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days before the scheduled service will forfeit the reservation retainer. * Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. * Failure to be available for the scheduled service, including failure to notify us of a surgical delay or change, will be treated as a same-day cancellation and charged in full. Surgery Rescheduling We understand that surgery dates and discharge times may change. One complimentary reschedule may be permitted when the change is initiated by the surgeon or surgical facility and at least 48 hours’ notice is provided. The reservation retainer may be transferred to a new date within 90 days, subject to nurse availability. Additional rescheduling requests may require a $150 rescheduling fee.
